We were honoured to host the eagerly awaited “Annual Conclave 2023” of Theon Pharmaceuticals Ltd in the picturesque locale of Kandaghat, Himachal Pradesh. This event brought together our distinguished colleagues from many departments for a special day of celebration and contemplation. The idyllic location, set amidst the stunning Himachal Pradesh mountains, served as the ideal backdrop for our large gathering. Our crew arrived with a buzz in the air; they were excited to meet their fellow participants, exchange stories, and gain new insights.

The “Annual Conclave 2023” sought to pay tribute to and celebrate our employees’ efforts, hard work, and dedication. The keynote speech by our MD, Mr Amit Bansal, Director, Mr Punit Bansal and Mr Anshul Bansal, who highlighted the company’s accomplishments and expressed gratitude for the teamwork that helped us advance, kicked off the conclave—the day started well with this speech, which motivated everyone to keep up the excellent work they had been doing.

We participated in fantastic team-building games, interactive workshops and s during the day. These insightful discussions allowed our staff to learn more, extend their thoughts, and acquire new perspectives on their specialised fields.
